The Client:
This luxury Cheshire private residence is in the affluent west-end of the M56 corridor, bordering the 'Golden Triangle'.
This area of the country is synonymous with football wealth and has been dubbed 'Gold Trafford' on account of the wealth of stars who have called it home. The area received worldwide notoriety as it played host to TV show, The Real Housewives of Cheshire.
Cheshire's Golden Triangle has housed the likes of:
Bryan Robson, Noddy Holder, Eric Cantona, David (and Victoria) Beckham, Rio Ferdinand, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Ashley Young, Joe Hart, Yaya Toure, David De Gea, Phil Jones, Joleon Lescott, Sarah Millican, Juan Mata, David Silva, Tyson Fury, and Zlatan Ibrahimović.
The Brief:
To design, make, and install multiple architectural glass features for this private residence in Cheshire.

What we did
Daedalian Glass Studios first held a client consultation to focus the client brief and establish an outline of the required design. Following this, bespoke samples of etched glass with abstract fused elements were created and presented to the client for approval. The colours chosen were a luxurious yet subtle palette of white, gold, and brown.
This design scheme was applied to multiple glass surfaces throughout the public spaces of the house. These are centered around a floor to ceiling glass partition screen in the lounge area with design variations on the lounge entrance doors, wine store doors, wine store windows, and the dining area ceiling skylight.
Additionally, custom glass shelving was created for the lounge area drinks cabinet with a polished wave design across the outer face and cut-outs to allow the housing of lighting units.
