The Client:
Winckley Square was established around 1800 and named after the Winckley Family. Housing over 40 Grade II listed buildings, it is one of the finest examples of a Georgian square found outside London.
The Brief:
The client specialised in the modernisation of listed buildings and commissioned Daedalian Glass Studios to rebuild and repair an original stained glass window and contemporary glass features.
What we did
Maintaining a constant design theme of textured glass throughout the residence, Daedalian Glass Studios created contemporary glass features in a number of rooms. These include cast glass tiles, shelves, walling and doors for the master bathroom shower, a cast glass door for the guest shower, cast glass entrance hallway cladding, and cracked ice laminated glass shelving in the master bedroom.
