The Mandarin Oriental Group is an award winning owner and operator, with some of the most luxurious hotels, resorts, and residences located all around the world.

The brief:
Studio Peascod contacted Daedalian Glass Studios to work in collaboration on a series of gilded screens, with our studio providing the facilities and additional labour to aid in manufacturing.

What we did

Daedalian Glass Studios were approached by Emma Peascod, of Studio Peascod to aid in manufacturing these panels due to the project size requiring larger facilities. Daedalian also provided technical expertise, sourcing all the glass, and freighting to the Middle East.

Daedalian Glass Studios' team prepared the glass panels ready for Emma to gild, applying all stencils in advance of her arrival. Our team then laminated the complete panels to create safety glass and completed the final cleaning / quality control checks.
