We are seeking Glass Studio Technicians of all experience levels to join our skilled studio team.
This hands-on role focuses on handmade and batch production within specialist decorative glass manufacturing. You will support precision craft processes including kiln work, etching, silvering, polishing, and lamination, while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Installation support may also be required.
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in glass production or specialist craft manufacturing
- Work accurately and methodically to tight tolerances
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality control
- Are confident handling delicate or large glass components
- Bring practical skills from glass or other material-based trades (timber, metal, stone, ceramics, etc.)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative workshop environment
