Many public buildings are listed properties, meaning that any new works must be in keeping with the character of the building and are subject to approval by heritage and conservation experts.

The team at Daedalian Glass Studios has considerable experience of delivering glass art projects within listed public buildings including private schools, university college buildings, museums, churches and cathedrals. We believe that heritage standards should be no barrier to creativity and artistic design.

We also have strong working relationships with established glass artists handling major ecclesiastical and public building projects – including Mark Cazalet and Nick Mynheer, with whom we’ve collaborated on several projects in this sector.
