The Client:
The client for this project was a Partner at a leading global finance, investment banking, and securities firm. The property is located within a gated private cul-de-sac off West Heath Road, Hampstead Heath.

The Brief:
To create a feature wall art piece within the subterranean swimming pool of this luxury private residence.

What we did

Daedalian Glass Studios created this custom piece of wall art from five pieces of glass with a custom lighting system enclosed behind.

Firstly, the five glass pieces were cut to the required shape using a water jet. Then were then placed over textured moulds and kiln formed to create the front face design. Further texture was then added by etching a mottle design across the surface.

The back face was silvered before being distressed using a hand-held sandblaster.
